The 300ez® One-Motor Lift mechanism features direct-drive activation to synchronize right and left sides for easy opening while being able to support a weight capacity of 300 lbs. This lift mechanism is designed with a wide-stance construction for greater side-to-side stability and a unitized system for greater strength, durability, and rigidity. The 300ez® One-Motor Lift includes an improved wall clearance, and its motion controls are easy to use with fingertip motor control and infinite recline positions.
